The Apartment

The apartment is split level. On the first level, as you walk in the door, there is the dining area, the lounge area, and the kitchen which is visibly divided. These areas have a very spacious feel as the room is quite large. There is a television, double sofa bed (new) and the kitchen is very clean and functional. Upstairs, there is a full double bed and a bathroom with shower. The bathroom is quite small but very clean and new. There is plenty of wardrobe space. The apartment has independant heating.

Access and Environment

The apartment is on the 4th floor, or 4 and a half. The access is is direct from the street through large secure doors, to an inner courtyard where there are another set of security gates. The stairs are in good condition and not particularly steep or difficult. Out onto the street, this is one of the quieter areas in Rome, day and night. There are no bars or clubs that draw people onto this street later at night and it is a pedestrian area with no through traffic.

The Location

Via dei Coronari is the most famous street in Rome for Antique Stores. Piazza Navona is popular for a huge number of reasons, including the architecture, scupltures, ambience, restaurants and activities that the location offers. It is described in every documentation on Rome, and needs no further introduction here. It is right in the heart of the Historic district.

Points to note

The main features of this apartment is size, the location, and the views across the rooftops and famous Domes of Rome. There are over 4 flights of stairs to reach this, which only makes it more enjoyable once you reach it!
