The Apartment

The apartment has 2 large bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. One has a double bed and the other has two singles. The lounge has a double sofa bed, plus a single fold out bed. There are two completely modern bathrooms. One has a shower, the other a bath. Both bathrooms are accessed from the hall/corridor. Also, there is a fully equipped modern kitchen which has a dining table, breakfast bar and is very comfortable as a second social area. The apartment is attractively decorated, welcoming and light.

Access and Environment

The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with a lift. Though in the heart of Rome, it has double insulated windows. The inhabitants of Monti claim to be ‘genuine Romans’ and its lively atmosphere, local craft shops, restaurants and trattorias offer the visitor a wide choice that caters to varied tastes and budgets right on your doorstep. Local food and vegetable shops and supermarkets are close at hand.

The Location

Via Giovanni Lanza connects with Via Cavour at the Cavour metro (450 metres) and walking to the Colosseum is about 750 metres through the Parco Triano on the back of the Colosseum/Forum.
