The Apartment
All the fixtures and fittings in the apartment are modern, yet it is very well "set" in its design and in choice of renovations, which has just been completed in May 2001. There is a separate kitchen, with a small kitchen table and chairs, that also has the washing machine. The bathroom has a shower only. The main room, down a short corridor, has the bed and sofa (also twin sofa bed) and 2 chairs, and a television and the air-conditioning unit.
Access and Environment
The entrance is through the main front doors, straight up to the lift. The apartment is a completely separate/autonomous unit, on the third floor.
The Location
The apartment is on Via Crescenzio near Piazza Risorgamento.Prati is a popular choice for Romans who want to live in the centre of the city. This is the suburbs of Rome, but just a few minutes from the very centre. It is excellently serviced with many buses all over the city. To see and be able to access "all" parts of Rome, this is an excellent choice. There are obviously many shops of all types, and plenty of places to go at night, both around the apartment and a short stroll into the historic centre. .
