The Apartment
The apartment is on the 4th floor with a lift, and is well soundproofed with double windows. The main lounge is very comfortable with large television, sofas and a dining table. Down the hallway which gives access to the 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, before reaching the kitchen, which has a breakfast area attached. This is the social room. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Access and Environment
The Access is through the main security doors, up a short flight of steps into the lift. The building is a typical residential building and the area is mainly residential so is well serviced for public transport (in and out of the centre) and for shops etc.
The Location
Prati is a popular choice for Romans who want to live in the centre of the city. This is the suburbs of Rome, but just a few minutes from the very centre. It is excellently serviced with many buses all over the city, and the metro about 1 minutes walk. To see and be able to access "all" parts of Rome, this is an excellent choice. There are obviously many shops of all types, and plenty of places to go at night, both around the apartment and a short stroll into the historic centre. .
